IMPORTANT INFORMATION ON TELEPHONE MESSAGES

We are currently experiencing a problem with the voicemail on our phone system. It is an intermittent (& therefore virtually untraceable) but recurring problem where voicemail messages just disappear.  Some of them reappear several days later when the customer has got fed up and gone elsewhere.

Also, a change in staff means it is not always possible to have the telephone manned at all times.  

Both of these issues have affected our good customer service which we pride ourselves on.

Therefore, we have made the decision to suspend the telephone service with effect from 1st October 2005

HUGE apologies to anyone who left a message which was never answered. We are not ignoring you but your message must have got lost in the electronic ether!!
