Delivery & Payment

There is no charge for delivery of standard inkjet cartridges
(i.e. not special order) on orders over £15 if you are a local customer** (Click here to see if you are local). We only deliver to some areas on certain days of the week. A mutually convenient delivery time will be agreed with all local customers. Please ensure that there will be someone available to receive and pay for the goods at the agreed time or you may have to wait until we are next in the area. Local customers can either pay with their order by any of the methods below or pay in cash or personal cheque (supported by a cheque guarantee card) on delivery. Local customers can always opt for a postal delivery if they prefer. **A small charge may be made for deliveries on orders
under £15. This will be advised at time of order.
Postal delivery is available to all customers.
Delivery charges for laser toner cartridges and delivery to non-UK mainland addresses will be advised at time of order.
We do our very best to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of money being cleared into our account (note that cheques can take up to 5 working days to clear). Most items are dispatched sooner but please remember that computers go down, manufacturers run out of stock, vital transport plays up for no reason, children get sick, delivery people don't arrive, etc.., and for those and other reasons there may be a delay. However, we do promise to keep you informed at all times. Print4Less
is committed to recycling wherever possible - and that means packaging
materials too! We have been known to re-use Jiffy bags and cardboard boxes (why not?
They'd only end up in landfill!) but
we ensure that all parcels are sufficiently packaged so goods arrive with you in
perfect order. We even put fragile stickers on the parcels (but its open to
question whether the Postal Service takes any notice of them!)

ALL UK CUSTOMERS (in order of preference)
Please note that we have removed PayPal as a routine option for UK customers. This is due to the increased use of PayPal by fraudulent consumers with stolen credit cards and the subsequent possibility of chargeback. We are not claiming that PayPal itself has done anything wrong but as is so often the case, such a big company has become a target for criminals and the minority of fraudsters and thieves are ruining it for everyone.

you select to use PayPal as your payment method, your
order will be confirmed by email by Print4Less.
You will then receive an email from PayPal
detailing how to make your payment. By following the instructions
in this email, you will be taken to a secure page where you can enter your UK credit/debit card details in order to process
your payment to Print4Less. Print4Less
get charged 3.4% + 20p for using
PayPal's services. We also get charged
for accepting payments which are not in GBP sterling. These fees will be
passed on to the customer but you will be advised of the exact charges at time of order.
