There is no charge for delivery of standard inkjet cartridges (i.e. not special order) on orders over £15 if you are a local customer** (Click here to see if you are local).

Laser toner cartridges and special order inkjet cartridges may incur a delivery charge but this will be advised before ordering.

We only deliver to some areas on certain days of the week. A mutually convenient delivery time will be agreed with all local customers. Please ensure that there will be someone available to receive and pay for the goods at the agreed time or you may have to wait until we are next in the area.

Local customers can either pay with their order by any of the methods below or pay in cash or personal cheque (supported by a cheque guarantee card) on delivery.

Local customers can always opt for a postal delivery if they prefer.

**A small charge may be made for deliveries on orders under £15. This will be advised at time of order.

Postal Delivery

Postal delivery is available to all customers.

Postage and packing to UK mainland addresses

FREE for orders £30 and over.
Items must be listed on this website and excludes those marked.
Total cost of order must exceed £30

P&P for Orders under £30 only £1.99

Delivery charges for laser toner cartridges and delivery to non-UK mainland addresses will be advised at time of order.

Registered Delivery an Optional Extra

Customers now have the option of paying an additional 75p for Registered (signed for) delivery and insurance.

Once goods have been dispatched, they cease to be the responsibility of Print4Less. Therefore claims for non-delivery of goods (i.e. lost in the post) will not be entertained unless the customer has selected Registered Delivery. We obtain proof of posting for all orders and we will work with the Post Office to locate your missing goods but are not obliged to replace any items which have got lost in transit. Customers which have selected registered delivery will have their order dispatched again at no extra charge.

We do our very best to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of money being cleared into our account (note that cheques can take up to 5 working days to clear). Most items are dispatched sooner but please remember that computers go down, manufacturers run out of stock, vital transport plays up for no reason, children get sick, delivery people don't arrive, etc.., and for those and other reasons there may be a delay. However, we do promise to keep you informed at all times.

Print4Less is committed to recycling wherever possible - and that means packaging materials too! We have been known to re-use Jiffy bags and cardboard boxes (why not? They'd only end up in landfill!) but we ensure that all parcels are sufficiently packaged so goods arrive with you in perfect order. We even put fragile stickers on the parcels (but its open to question whether the Postal Service takes any notice of them!)

Payment

Print4Less accepts payments in by the following methods -

LOCAL CUSTOMERS - Pay on Delivery

	Cash
	Personal Cheque (supported by a valid cheque guarantee card)

ALL UK CUSTOMERS (in order of preference)

Personal Cheque or Postal Order made payable to Print4Less (cheques must be supported by a valid cheque guarantee card)
Please do not send cash through the post, it upsets the postman and has no comeback if it gets lost in transit!

	Internet banking direct transfer. If you use internet banking you can pay for your Print4Less purchases in the same way as you would pay a bill.
	With your Debit or Credit card using NoChex. Print4Less will not charge customers any admin fees for paying via NoChex, it is safe and secure and registration with NoChex is not required. Please click here for more information on NoChex.

Please note that we have removed PayPal as a routine option for UK customers. This is due to the increased use of PayPal by fraudulent consumers with stolen credit cards and the subsequent possibility of chargeback. We are not claiming that PayPal itself has done anything wrong but as is so often the case, such a big company has become a target for criminals and the minority of fraudsters and thieves are ruining it for everyone.

OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS WITHOUT A UK BANK ACCOUNT
i.e. payment in currencies other than GBP Sterling (£)

With your Debit or Credit card using PayPal.

This will incur an admin fee which will be advised at time of order.
Registration with PayPal may be required and this may take several days.
Your order will not be shipped until funds have cleared due to the possibility of fraudulent use of credit cards and chargeback.

NoChex (No cheques - get it?)

NOCHEX is an online payment system that enables businesses who are trading online to accept instant, guaranteed, low cost payments from any one of the 60 million debit cards in issue in the UK. With over 500,000 members, Nochex are the UK's largest and most trusted email payment system.

Print4Less's Nochex account is Xtra enabled. This means we are able to accept instant NoChex payments of up to £100 a day from anyone with a UK credit or debit card, even if they're not registered with NoChex.

If you select to use NoChex as your payment method, your order will be confirmed by email by Print4Less. You will then receive an email from NoChex detailing how to make your payment. By following the instructions in this email, you will be taken to a secure website where you can enter your UK credit/debit card details in order to process your payment to Print4Less.

Print4Less get charged 2.6% + 20p for using Nochex's services.
We have chosen not to pass this fee on to our customers.

PayPal

PayPal allows any business with an email address to securely and conveniently receive payments online. The PayPal network builds on the existing financial infrastructure of bank accounts and credit cards to create a global, real-time payment solution.

If you select to use PayPal as your payment method, your order will be confirmed by email by Print4Less. You will then receive an email from PayPal detailing how to make your payment. By following the instructions in this email, you will be taken to a secure page where you can enter your UK credit/debit card details in order to process your payment to Print4Less.
You may have to register with PayPal to make a payment and this may take several days.

Print4Less get charged 3.4% + 20p for using PayPal's services. We also get charged for accepting payments which are not in GBP sterling. These fees will be passed on to the customer but you will be advised of the exact charges at time of order.
