The Print4Less Website
This site (www.Print4Less.co.uk) is owned and operated by Print4Less. All materials, including images, illustrations, designs, icons, photographs, video clips, and written and other materials that are part of this website are owned by Print4Less, unless otherwise noted. (Note: Brand names, logos and trade marks are used for descriptive purposes only and remain the property of their respective owners. Their use by us does not imply endorsement by or association with the brand name owners.) None of the material, code or information contained on the website may be reproduced in any format without obtaining prior written permission from Print4Less. The website as a whole is protected by copyright and Print4Less owns all worldwide rights, titles and interests to this website.

Any communication or material transmitted to or through the Site by electronic mail or otherwise, including any data, questions, comments, suggestions etc will be treated as non-confidential.

Once you click on one of our links to go to an affiliate site, you will be dealing strictly with them and be outside of the Print4Less site. Please read their Terms of Use for all of their rules and policies. Print4Less assumes no responsibility or liability for any affiliate's service or actions.

Ordering
At Print4Less, we pride ourselves on offering the highest quality inkjet and laser toner cartridges at great prices. All orders are made subject to acceptance by the customer of the site’s terms and conditions. Fulfilment of the order is subject to stock availability and acceptance of your order. Print4Less is under no obligation to accept your order. 

Prices
Prices are in GB pounds sterling (£). As Print4Less is not currently VAT registered, customers will not be charged VAT. Payment can be made by any of the methods listed on this page. The prices listed on the web site may change from time to time. In the event of a price increase, we will honour the prices on any orders placed before the changes were made. We will also honour quotes made in writing (including email) for 30 days from the date of quote.

Overseas Customers
All items on the Print4Less site are priced in GBP Sterling and you will be billed in GBP Sterling. This means that the amount you actually pay will vary depending upon the exchange rate at the time your transaction is processed. Payments from overseas customers are handled using PayPal which may carry a small admin charge. Overseas customers are given their delivery options (e.g. airmail vs surface mail) and delivery charges before the order is processed and payment taken.

Delivery 
Delivery of orders will be made to physical addresses only and Print4Less will not ship to a PO Box address. All UK Deliveries (excluding local deliveries) are sent by First Class post. Proof of posting is obtained for all postal deliveries. Customers have the option of paying an additional 75p for recorded (signed for) delivery. Once goods have been dispatched, they cease to be the responsibility of Print4Less. Therefore claims for non-delivery of goods (i.e. lost in the post) will not be entertained unless the customer has selected recorded delivery. We will work with the Post Office to locate your order but are not obliged to replace any items which have gone missing in transit. Customers which have selected recorded delivery will have their order dispatched again at no extra charge.

Guarantee
Print4Less offer a ‘no quibble’ guarantee that any product you buy from us will perform in exactly the same way as the OEM product. If any cartridge purchased from Print4Less does not perform in a satisfactory manner we will exchange it for equivalent product (if available) or if you prefer, refund the price you paid for the item. Please note that Inkjet cartridges are consumables and will of course ultimately stop functioning when they run out of ink. This guarantee does not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse of the goods or to printing problems caused by adjusting the printer settings for Epson chipped cartridges. If the goods returned are not faulty after being tested by our engineers, you may be charged a restocking and administration fee of 25% of the returned item. Please email us if you believe you have a problem and please quote your invoice number in any correspondence.
Where a manufacturer's guarantee is offered with any product it is additional to this guarantee.

Returning non-faulty products
If you change your mind about any product you have purchased from Print4Less you can return it by emailing us first. We accept the return of such items only if they are unopened, unused and in their original condition. If you return goods, as directed, within 30 days, we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item but not any P&P charges and minus any delivery / postage charges Print4Less incurred in dispatching your order.

Accuracy of Web Site
Print4Less strive to ensure that the information on its web site is accurate and up to date but cannot be held responsible for inaccuracies, errors, or omissions in the Service or its Content, or for any damages arising there from. However, if you buy a cartridge from Print4Less based on the information on the web site and it turns out not to be compatible with your printer, you can return it within 30 days as long as it is unopened, unused and in its original condition. We will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item and we will also be happy to refund the delivery charge if the return is a result of our error. 

Complaints
If you have any grievances about Print4Less, we want to hear from you so we can improve our service. Please contact us and we'll consider your comments carefully.

None of these terms and conditions affects your statutory rights.
Print4Less reserves the rights to alter these Terms and Conditions without notice at any time.

Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). 

We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order or answer your query and secondly, to provide you with the best possible service. 

We may e-mail or send you mail in the post you in the future but only to tell you about new developments at Print4Less or to send you more recycling envelopes. If you do not wish us to contact you after your initial query / order, you can email us and we will remove you from our lists.

We may pass your contact details directly to a remanufacturer / recycling company / other supplier if we feel they are better able to answer your query. In such a situation, we will inform you of who we have passed your details to. 

We will not pass your information to any other third party without your permission.

The type of information we will collect about you includes:

phone number 
email address 

We do not collect credit/debit card details or bank account details.
Credit / debit card payment for goods are handled using NoChex or PayPal. Print4Less do not see any credit / debit card details and are therefore not responsible for online security.

We will endeavour to ensure that the information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly. 

The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law. 

We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This can include using a "cookie" which would be stored on your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening. The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings.
