The cartridge below is a high quality remanufactured BT-e cartridge for newer BT fax machines as BT have reprogrammed machines manufactured since April 2003 NOT to accept Olivetti 84431W cartridges.

The manufacturer has informed us that although they test every cartridge on their own BT-e machines to ensure they are working before dispatch, on very rare occasions the cartridge may not work in the customer's machine (thought to be caused by the way some machines have been programmed by BT). So far, none of the cartridges sold by Print4less have been a problem but please be reassured that you are still covered by Print4Less's no-quibble guarantee. Do not allow this rare problem to deter you from buying and we hope you appreciate our honesty by telling you up front.

What does Special Order mean?
Cartridges marked 'Special Order' are not routinely held in stock and are sourced from a specialist remanufacturer. Therefore, availability and delivery times may vary from standard orders 
but you will be advised of any changes before your order is processed.
